Anna Ark

Anna "Grace" Ark (Belt) died peacefully at Duke University Hospital on 12/7/18 at 12:02am in Durham, NC at the age of 64.
Grace is survived by her son Jeremy Ark and his wife Lesley, her step-sons Justin and Audra Delton Ark the 3rd "Troy" Ark, and her step-daughter Amy Malkin and family in Phoenix, AZ; her grandchildren Julie, Ashley, Chloe, and Bailey Ark; her great-grandchildren Richard James "RJ" and Sophia; and her sister Rose Belt Fraizer, nieces Star and Echo; nephews Cory and Nick, her sister-in-law Patricia Evans and husband Tom and her close friends at Grace of God Fellowship in Millersville, MD and friends at the FBI.
Grace is preceded in death by her husband Audra Delton Ark Jr. "Butch", her parents Herschel and Eleanor Belt, and sister Estelle Marie Clark.
Grace was born on 1/20/1954 in Baltimore, MD to Herschel and Eleanor Belt. She graduated from Southern High School majoring in Business Administration. She married the love of her life, "Butch" Ark on August 3rd, 1974 and they moved to Glen Burnie, MD shortly thereafter with their son Jeremy Ark. Grace spent 36 years working for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) as a Criminal Analyst. She was skilled in cross stitch and enjoyed making projects for her friends and family. Her children remember her as a kind, gentle, and patient mother who was passionate about her Christian faith that loved helping other people. She was an active and dedicated member of Grace of God Fellowship in Millersville, MD.
Family and friends are invited to call at the family owned and operated McCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road (PASADENA) on Wednesday December 12, 2018 from 3-5 & 7-9 PM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday December 13, 2018 at 11 AM at Grace of God Fellowship Church 8302 Elvaton Road Millersville, Maryland 21108. Interment Cedar Hill Cemetery.
