Benjamin Maynard Loughry, a longtime resident of Pasadena, passed away on December 11, 2021 at the age of 75 from End Stage Renal Disease. Beloved husband to Georgia Loughry, his wife of 55 years; devoted father to Dawn, Jason, and Melanie Loughry; Grandfather to Angela Adkins, Vivien Kaplan and the late Samuel Wood ; Great-grandfather to Hayden Adkins and Zian Fadely.
He was preceded in death by his parents Orpha and Clifford Loughry; brothers Raymond, Vernon, Clifford and Leonard. He is survived by his brother Danny and sister Marian and many nieces and nephews.
Benjamin was born in Hanover, MD and attended Glen Burnie High School. He served his country proudly in the Marine Corps from 1966-68, serving in the Vietnam War. He married his high school sweetheart, Georgia Patton, in 1966.
Benjamin worked as a machinist and was an avid outdoorsman. He loved fishing, hunting, and spending time in the mountains. He loved baseball and football and enjoyed listening to country music. As a younger man, Ben was a baseball player and loved bowling with his friends and family. He was a kind and generous man and will be greatly missed by all.

A. 3204 Mountain Road PASADENA on Monday, December 20, 2021 11:00 to 1:00 pm at which time funeral services will be held. Interment Crownsville Veterans Cemetery on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at 2:30 pm
