Eppard, Cecelia Christina, on November 29, 2016, Cecelia Christina "CEIL" (nee Napfel), of Baltimore. Beloved wife of the late Earl E. Eppard. Loving mother of Carol McCain, Sharon Smith and her husband Russ, Earl H. Eppard and his wife Beverly, Ronald E. Eppard and his wife Nancy and Robert L. Eppard. Loving grandmother of 15 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at the family-owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 3204 Mountain Road, (Pasadena), on Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Holy Cross Church on Monday at 11 AM. Interment following in Parkwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the St. Martin's Home/Little Sisters of the Poor, 601 Maiden Choice Lane, Catonsville, Md. 21228
