Charlotte W List

Charlotte “Susie” List Skillman, age 94, of Linthicum, Maryland, passed away peacefully on May 10, 2026, at Inspirations Assisted Living and Memory Care of Linthicum. Born on April 20, 1932, in Bristol, Tennessee, Charlotte was married to William F. List for 61 years until his passing in 2012. On May 4, 2019, she married William Skillman.

Charlotte was preceded in death by her husband, William F. List, her daughter, Susan Gervasio, her parents Walter Workman and Lenora Workman, and many friends and family. She is survived by her husband William Skillman, her daughters, Nancy Booth and her husband Steve, Linda Hoffman and her husband Alan, five grandchildren William Booth and his wife Julie, Stephanie N. Hunter, David Gervasio, Laura Gervasio and her husband Mehdi, and Bug Crawley. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren, Alison Booth, Adrienne Booth, Joshua Hunter, Matthew Hunter and Lenora Allaverd, all whom she loved deeply.

Charlotte was known to all who knew her as funny, giving, kind, strong and faithful. She always had a trick up her sleeve and was loved by so many.

Visitation is scheduled for May 28, 2026, between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m., and funeral on May 29 at 1:00 pm at McCully Polyniak & Collins Funeral Home, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road, Pasadena, MD, 21122. Interment will immediately follow the funeral at 2:30 pm at Cedar Hill Cemetery, 5829 Ritchie Highway, Brooklyn Park, MD 21225.
