On June 15, 2013. CHARLOTTE ANN SAPPE. Charlotte was preceded in death by loving husband Bernard Sappe. She is survived by fiance Dean Dehn, children Kenneth Hawkins Sr. and Rebecca Horn, grandchildren Marcus Lawrence, Katelynn Striplan, Zachary Lawrence, Lauren Hawkins, Kimberly Hawkins, Billy Hawkins and Jeriah, great grandchildren Jason Lawrence and Sawyer Lawrence.
Family and friends are invited to call at the family owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 3204 Mountain Road (Pasadena) on Wednesday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM where funeral services will be held on Thursday at 10 AM. Interment to follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
