Darryl Preissler

Darryl Leonard Preissler passed away on May 22, 2021 due to complications from Covid-19. Beloved husband of Michele D. Preissler; loving father of Joshua Preissler and Christina Marie Ballard; devoted grandfather of Aiden Wesley Scott; dear son of Eva Preissler and brother of Lenore Bosheers, Brian Preissler, Joe Preissler and Keith Preissler.

Darryl was born in Maryland on December 12, 1957 and died on May 22, 2021 at Anne Arundel Medical Center. He was a self-employed contractor for many years serving all Anne Arundel County communities. His company was Construction Concepts. In his free time he was an avid hunter, loved camping, woodworking and watching the Orioles and Ravens. He loved and cherished his grandson Aiden above all things. He will be dearly missed by all.

Family and friends are invited to call at the family owned and operated McCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road Pasadena, Maryland 21122 on Wednesday May 26, 2021 from 3-5 & 7-9 PM. Darryl was a healthy, happy 63 year old man enjoying his life. He became sick in April and was diagnosed with Covid. He was eventually hospitalized and became more sick each day until he finally succumbed to his illness on May 22, 2021. Please know that Covid is real and it is deadly. It has taken a perfectly healthy man from his loving family. Please stay safe, get vaccinated and wear masks when necessary.
