Dawn Dawson

On Tuesday, October 26, 2021, at the age of 80, Dawn L. Dawson passed away peacefully at home with George, her beloved husband of 62 years, by her side. Dawn and George were married on April 4, 1959 and resided in Baltimore City. Dawn was a loving mother who spent her early years raising and nurturing her six children. During her children’s school years, she was very active in the Home School Association. She also cared in her home for her mother for 18 years. In later years, Dawn became an avid reader and perfected her love of baking. She enjoyed baking special cakes and treats for birthdays and holidays. Dawn loved collecting elephants and had an impressive collection of more than 500!. Dawn is survived by her loving spouse, George, her five children, their spouses, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her memory to the American Heart Association.
