Debra Lynn Haynes (66 years) beloved wife of the late Sergeant 1st Class Samuel Lee Haynes, devoted mother of Nicholas Michael Haynes, Christopher Lee Haynes, and the late Michael Joseph Haynes, dear mother-in-law of Beth L. Haynes, dear sister of James L. Allen and George Michael Dureggar, loving grandmother of Hunter A. Haynes, Rilyn H. Haynes and Isaiah L. Haynes.

Debra was born October 20, 1954 in Terre Haute, Indiana to James Lee Allen and Shirley Yvonne Allen (Lucas).  Debra was a US Army Veteran and worked for the Federal Government for over 30 years and retired as GS-13 Federal Employee. She also worked for The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) in the Intramural Research Program (IRP) which is a branch of (NIH) or National Institute of Health. Her last work position was a  GS-13  Administrative Officer of NIDA, downtown in Baltimore Maryland.

Relatives and friends are invited to call at the family owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road PASADENA on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 from 3:00 to 5:00 ONLY. Interment Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
