Donna was born in Pennsylvania on June 23, 1945, to her parents George and Ruth Care and passed away in the Baltimore-Washington Medical Center on October 22, 2026.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a graveside service on November 9, 2026, at 2:30 pm at Crownsville Veteran Cemetery 1122 Sunrise Beach Road Crownsville, Maryland 21032.
