Douglas M. Oxenham, beloved husband of the late Mary Beth Oxenham, devoted father of Rebecca Ann Hagerman, Amy Marie Oxenham and Douglas Matthew Oxenham, loving son of the late Charles "Whitey" and Beatrice Oxenham, dear brother of the late Diane Ford.

Douglas was born in Maryland on September 27, 1950 and passed away in the Baltimore-Washington Medical Center on December 20, 2022.

Relatives and friends are invited to call at the family owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road PASADENA on Wednesday, December 28 and Thursday December 29, 2022, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A funeral service will be held on Thursday at 8:30 pm. Cremation services to follow.
