Edward L Warns

Edward L Warns of Pasadena, MD passed away on August 19,2025 at the age of 82. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lewis Warns and Evelyn Calendar, his parents-in-law, Rosario and Anna Malvagna, and his beloved son, Michael T Warns. Edward is survived by his wife of 64 years, Roseann Warns, his sons, Anthony Warns and Matthew Warns, his daughters-in-law, Karlene Warns and Patricia Warns as well as his five grandchildren, Michael Warns Jr, Rachel Warns, Megan Warns, Abigail Warns, and Caroline Warns.

Ed left a large legacy in the Riviera Beach youth sports community with early development of the St. Jane Frances Soccer Program and the Riviera Beach Softball Program. Ed’s self-motivation in education led him to a lengthy career in computer programming with Baltimore Gas & Electric, Fair Lanes Bowling, and ultimately as a member of the Anne Arundel County Government. His youthful exuberance in life shined through in his certification as a small plane pilot, becoming an ocean certified scuba diver, and numerous trips around Disney theme parks with his children and grandchildren. Ed’s extensive travel and time as a thoroughbred horse owner highlighted his desire to experience as much of life as possible. During his 82 years of life and 64 years as a family man searching for his adventures in life, Ed never wavered from his main goal in life to take care of and provide for his family. Ed’s guiding wisdom and presence on this earth will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the family owned and operated MCCULLY POLYNIAK & COLLINS FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road PASADENA on SUNDAY August 31, 2025, 2:00 to 3:30 pm. A Memorial service will be held at 3:30 pm.
