Rines, Ella Esther, Suddenly, on February 7, 2017, Ella Esther Rines, age 74, of Brooklyn Park, went to be with the Lord and her parents. She was born on August 1, 1942, in Baltimore, Md. to the late Charles, C. Rines, Jr. and Esther Ella (Keen) Rines. She is survived by her two loving sisters, Ina LaPrade and Ginger Knight, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, Charles (Chuck) Rines, III. Ella was a gentle soul. She loved to sit and watch movies and play board games with her family. Ella's furry pets, Scooter, Theodore, Snooki and Moonshine will miss her dearly.
A private service with interment will be held at the convenience. of the family in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Those desiring, may make contributions in Ella's memory to a local animal shelter or the ASPCA, which she would dearly love.
