Esther Mae Hoffman

Esther Mae Hoffman passed away on December 1, 2025 surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of Stephen J. Hoffman; devoted mother of Dwight Carell (Janice) and Stephanie Hoffman; dear grandmother of Ted Hoover (Devin) and Haley Carell. She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings and other family members. 

Esther was born and raised in Ridgely, Maryland. She worked in the banking industry for many years before retirement. Her hobbies include ceramics, crafts and traveling. 

Family and friends are invited to visit the family owned and operated McCully Polyniak & Collins Funeral Home, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road Pasadena, Maryland 21122 on Wednesday December 10, 2025 from 2-4 & 6-8PM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday December 11, 2025 at 12:30 PM at the funeral home. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park.
