Frances Cicero

Frances Cecelia Hild Cicero, lived and loved fully during her 94 years. She passed away on April 3, 2021. Fran resided in Pasadena, Bowie, and Baltimore, Maryland. She was born March  29, 1927 to Catherine (née Staab) and Edward Hild in Baltimore, Maryland. She is survived by her daughters Angie Kress (David), Teresa Deters (Dan), JoAnn Morrison (Glenn), and Mary Catherine Cicero Gemmell (John); eight grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and a sister Rose Marie Hild Cowan. She enjoyed a successful career at Noxema Corporation and the Prince George’s County Board of Education. She studied at St. Ambrose Elementary School and Elizabeth Seton High School. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Fran’s dedication to her Catholic faith was paramount in her life. She will always be remembered for her genuine love, care, and concern for others.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated in the Our Lady of the Chesapeake Church 8325 Ventnor Road PASADENA on Saturday at 10:30 AM. Cremation services to follow.
