Gary "MAC" L McCartney passed away on July 13, 2023, in the University of Maryland Hospital, beloved husband of Martha J. McCartney, devoted father of Eric P. McCartney and the late Doug J. McCartney, dear father-in-law of Christina McCartney, loving grandfather of Austin McCartney, Allee McCartney and Ryan Szimansky, dear uncle of Laura Radcliffe and her husband Travis and Scott Johns. Also survived by many relatives and friends.
