Helen Forrest

Helen Carolyn Forrest born 04/25/1926 was called to be with her Lord in heaven on 01/11/2023. She was born in Baltimore to the late Charles and Catherine Healy Bilzer. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 64 years, Wallace P. "Wally" Forrest; sisters, Margaret Frazzitta and Amelia Moran and brothers, Charles Bilzer and John Bilzer.

She was a loving and caring mother, wife, grandmother and aunt who was very gentle and gracious in spirit. Her greatest gift was her kindness and compassion for others and her soft and calm manner. Her beauty was evident on the outside, but her true beauty was reflected in her heart and soul.

She had a strong faith in God and most of all loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed dancing since she was very young, but mostly with her beloved husband. She also enjoyed daytime outings with her sisters and times spent in the summer at their Ocean City homes.

Helen is survived by her loving children Wallace C. Forrest and Sharon M. Rubright; cherished grandchildren Jeffrey Rubright ,Jennifer Rubright and all of her beloved nieces and nephews. She will be deeply missed by all her family and all that knew her.

A Funeral Mass will be held at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church in Severna Park in February, Mass and interment are private.
