On October 13, 2009, HERBERT R., devoted father of Paul H. and Herbert L. Ratcliff, Kimberly Ratcliff-Smith, Sherri L. Tracey; devoted brother of Ruth Otterbein; devoted grandfather of Cody Smith, Nicole Ratcliff, Evan Smith, Michelle Ratcliff, Paiden Smith, Shane Ratcliff, Kolton Tracey and Erin Ratcliff.
Family will receive friends at the family owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME P.A., 3204 Mountain Road, (Pasadena) on Sunday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 P.M. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 1 P.M. Interment in Glen Haven Memorial Park.
