Jim passed peacefully on May 14,2018 in his home. His wife Alison and brother Buddy were with him.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the family owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road PASADENA on Thursday, May 17, 2018 from 1 to 2 PM at which time a memorial service will be held.
