JoeAnn Mitchell, beloved wife of the late Edward C. Mitchell, devoted mother of Edward J. Mitchell, John B. Mitchell, Cheryl L. Wilson and the late Carroll A. Nickalo, dear sister of Myara Rich. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
