JOHNATHAN CLYDE EVANS on November 26, 2015. Johnathan is survived by his wife Allison Hogan-Evans, daughters Kayla Evans and Asia Ramos, bestfriend Colleen Ferreri, step-children Alison Jenkins and Mary Fuhrer, siblings Jena Elliott, Barbara Elliott and Dave O'Day, father Clyde Evans and 8 nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mother Theresa Combs in April 2015.
Family and friends are invited to call at the family owned and operated McCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road (PASADENA) on Monday from 3-5 & 7-9PM. A funeral service will be held on Monday at 7:30PM. Interment Private.
