Joyce Alice Carignan

Joyce Alice Carignan, 74, of Pasadena, Maryland, passed away peacefully at home on August 14, 2026. Born on December 31, 1951, Joyce spent much of her life in the Pasadena community. She worked at the Department of Defense and later had a career with Merito, Inc. Joyce was sister to, Dorothy Ann Linderborn and her brother, John Stanley Ruark Jr. She is remembered by her family and friends for the life she shared with them and the many relationships she built throughout her years in Pasadena.
