Joyce Frazier (nee Greenstreet), 75, passed away on February 18, 2016 at her home following a brief illness. Joyce was a lifelong resident of the Brooklyn neighborhood. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 58 years, Malcolm “Mickey” Frazier and daughter Sandra. She is survived by her children Cynthia Chapman and Michael Frazier; and grandchildren Sandra Chapman, Corey Frazier, Monica Frazier, and Jacob Guerin. Services will be private.
