Judy Ann Lazor

April 4, 1945 — April 7, 2023

Judy Ann Lazor, 78, of Pasadena, Maryland, passed away peacefully on April 7, 2023. She was born to parents Buel Drake Spencer and Lucille Amelia Spencer, on April 4, 1945, in Louisville, Kentucky.

She is survived by her daughter, Stephanie Lazor-Smith and her husband Ralph Smith, and son Steven Lazor and his wife Nicole Lazor. Judy is also survived by her four grandchildren, Hunter Smith, Jaxson Lazor, Luke Lazor and Ava Lazor.

She graduated from Assumption High School, in Louisville, KY, in 1963 and went on to study nursing at the St. Anthony School of Nursing. She served as nurse in the United States Navy from 1967-1969 and received the National Defense Service Medal.

After settling down in Maryland, she worked and retired from St. Agnes Hospital in 2010 after 40+ years.

Mrs. Lazor's happiness came from spending time with her family, especially her grandkids. She also was a huge University of Kentucky fan, especially during basketball season. In addition, she had a huge heart and was very giving to those in need.

Relatives and friends are invited to call at the family owned and operated MCCULLY POLYNIAK & COLLINS FUNERAL HOME 3204 Mountain Road PASADENA on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm. Where funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11:30 am. Interment Crownsville Veterans Cemetery.
