Kelly Lynn Hanssen, née Jenkins, passed away suddenly on September 12, 2026. She was born on August 26, 1980, in Baltimore, Maryland.

Kelly will be remembered with love by those closest to her. She is survived by her fiancé, Elmer Hendershot; her mother, Wilma Heinbuch; her sister, Shelby Heinbuch; her nieces, Karlee and Kiley; and her step-fathers, Ted Heinbuch and Ken Sleight. She is also survived by many other family, friends, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Kelly had a heart of gold and loved being around people. She was very friendly and willing to help anyone. She enjoyed going on trips with her family and friends and was also loved to go to church and being close to God. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Family and friends are invited to visit the family owned and operated McCULLY POLYNIAK & COLLINS FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road Pasadena, Maryland 21122 on Friday September 18,2026 from 3-5 & 7-9 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday starting at 8 PM. 

Kelly's favorite color was purple so the family requests that everyone wear purple or anything Ravens.
