Scott; also survived by 2 brothers; preceded in death by 1 brother and 2 sisters; loving grandfather of 7 and great-grandfather of 8.
Family and friends are invited to call at the family owned and operated McCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road (PASADENA) on Saturday and Sunday from 3-5 & 7-9 PM. Where a funeral service will be held on Monday at 12 PM. Interment Meadowridge Memorial Park
