Beloved Mother of Victoria L. Katona, Melissa D. Dye and the late Tammy L. Dye. Dearest Sister of Eileen M. Swain, Steven Swain, Brian Swain and the late Clarence, Alvin and Richard Swain. Loving Grandmother of Jacob D. and Brody M. Katona.

The Family will receive friends at the family-owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 3204 Mountain Rd., (Pasadena) on Saturday and Sunday from 3-5 and 7-9 P.M., where Services will be held on Monday at 11 A.M. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park. Contributions may be made in her Memory to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
