SOTO (NEE LYCETT), beloved wife of Robert Soto, Sr.; devoted mother of Cathy and her husband Butch Partin, Bobby and his wife Sandy, Angie and her husband Mike Royston and Joey and his wife Alicia; cherished daughter of Lolly Lycett and the late John Lycett; loving daughter in law of Raymond and Evelyn Soto; cherished sister of John C. Lycett, Mary Margaret Konig and Gail Lycett; devoted grandmother of Ashley, Brandon, Breanna, Christian, Alexis, Cameron, Dylan, Holly, Emily and Carson.
