Elkins, on January 8, 2019, Lucille Myrtle Elkins (nee McHenry), of Curtis Bay, Brooklyn and South Baltimore.  Beloved wife of the late John Will Elkins who preceded her in death on December 2, 1985. She is the mother of 10 children:  J. Leon Elkins, Bobby Lee Elkins, John E. Elkins, Charles E. Elkins, Jimmy L. Elkins, Wayne Joseph Elkins, Mary A. Elkins, Carol Ann McCauley, Peggy M. Smith and Helen M. Elkins, some of which are deceased.

The family will receive friends at the family-owned and operated  MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 237 East Patapsco Avenue, (Brooklyn), on Friday from 10 to 12 Noon, at which time Funeral Services will begin.  The Rev. Lou Rossi from the Granite Baptist Church will be officiating. Interment immediately following in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
