Mark E. Stallings passed away on April 19, 2026, at Baltimore Washington Medical Center, after facing numerous serious health conditions with strength and resilience over the years. He was 66 years old.
Mark dedicated 30 years of his life to the Anne Arundel County Department of Public Works, where he worked as an instrumentation technician. He was highly respected for his knowledge, skill, and the pride he took in his work. His experience and contributions left a lasting impact, including work he created and carried with him throughout his career.
He was a man who lived life on his own terms. Those who knew Mark understood his strong personality, his independence, and his way of seeing the world. He could be tough, but he was also someone who showed up in his own way and left a lasting impression on the people around him.
Mark is survived by his son, Justin Stallings and his wife Brandi; his daughter, Sarah Stallings; and his grandchildren, Landin and Giovanna. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family members, and loved ones including his beloved companion "MAX", his cane corso who will remember him in their own personal ways.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit at the family owned and operated MCCULLY POLYNIAK & COLLINS FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road PASADENA on Sunday, April 26, 2026, 3:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Where funeral services will be held on Monday, April 27, 2026, at 10:00 am. Interment at Glen Haven Memorial Park Cemetery will be held at a later date.
Mark will be remembered for the life he lived, the work he put in, and the family he leaves behind.
