Clemons, Sr. happily married for 58 years when he passed away on May 13, 2012, devoted mother of Catherine Patricia Castle and her husband the late Robert P. Castle, Jr., James Lee Clemons and his wife Wanda Lee Clemons, Linda Lee Hunt, Lisa Marie Clemons and her companion Brian Wells, and the late Earl D. Clemons, Jr. dear sister of Rosalie Garonzik and her husband Jack and the late Edward T. Corcoran and his wife the late Nancy Corcoran, Michael B. Corcoran, Thelma M. Kellough, Catherine E. Mendell and Thomas J. Corcoran, loving grandmother of James L. Clemons, Jr, Jamie N. Earl Clemons and the late Steven P. Castle. loving great grandmother of Corinne Castle, Hayleigh Castle, Aubrey Castle, Cameron Clemons, Leah Clemons, and James Clemons, III.

Patricia was born in Maryland on October 17, 1937, to her parents Edward Valentine and Bertha Agnes Corcoran and she passed away in the Lee Memorial Hospital in Ft. Myers Florida on April 1, 2026.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit at the family owned and operated MCCULLY POLYNIAK & COLLINS FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road PASADENA on Friday, April 10, 2026, 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm. Interment Cedar Hill Cemetery.
