Patricia Ann Maize (nee Dale) passed away on January 5, 2019. Beloved wife of George Ellis Maize II; Loving mother of Mark Angelino (Gwen), Tamara Wendell, Craig Maize, Cindy Lund (Espen) and George Maize III (Devan); dear grandmother of Julie Mayer (Jeff), Sarah Schulman (Casey), Matt Angelino, Gustav Lund, Rebecca Lund, Isabella Lund, Cole Gembicki, Charlee Maize and Gunnar Maize; great-grandmother of Hunter and Wyatt Angelino, Domonic Mayer and Carson Schulman.

Family and friends are invited to call at the family owned and operated McCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road (PASADENA) for a visitation on Thursday January 10, 2019 from 1-3 PM. Where a funeral service will begin at 3 PM. Immediately following the service at the funeral home the family will be hosting a Celebration Of Life back at the Maize residence. The family also request that you wear casual attire to the funeral home.
