On December 30, 2008 Phillip T, Jr. husband of Carole S. Jachelski, (Nee Carter) devoted father of David W. Jachelski, Mike J. Jachelski, Terri A. Thompson, Sandra D. Schmidt, Donna L. Wilson and the late Carole Ann Jachelski, dear brother of Alice Curnutte and Robert Amoss. Also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to call at the family owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road PASADENA on Friday and Saturday 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 P.M. Where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 4:00 P.M. Interment Private.
