PHYLLIS CAROLE WHITE (nee SMITSDORF) passed away on December 12, 2015. Beloved wife of Martin White; niece of John and Glenna Allen; cousin of Sandra Allen; sister-in-law of Ted and Evelyn Tontrup; step-mother of Michael White and his wife Ladon, Marty White and wife Ann and Nicole White; grandmother of McKenzie White, Carley White, Ryan White, Rachel White and Cameron Bishop; great-grandmother of Cody; friends of Bob and Roxanne Stroud. Phyllis was a loving wife and a great woman. She will be dearly missed by all.
Family and friends are invited to call at the family owned and operated McCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road (Pasadena) on Tuesday December 15, 2015 from 3-5 & 7-9PM. Where a funeral service will take place on Wednesday December 16, 2015 at 10:30AM. Interment Lorraine Park Cemetery.
