Randy Batchen

Randy Scott Batchen, of Anne Arundel County, beloved son of the late Janet D. Joyce (nee Kossow), passed away on Friday, July 8, 2022.

Randy was born in Buffalo, New York on April 25, 1955 and lived there until completion of college at Niagara University in 1977. He then moved to Washington, DC and within a year's time became employed with Northwest Airlines. He held multiple positions with the company, where he was a well respected and loyal employee.  In September of 2020, he retired from Delta airlines, looking forward to traveling the world in his retirement. Unfortunately, he was diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer in December of 2020. He fought a brave battle until his passing. He will be dearly missed by all.

Family and friends are invited to call at the family owned and operated McCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A., located at 3204 Mountain Road Pasadena, Maryland 21122 on Monday, July 18, 2022 from 10 AM until 12 PM and 3 PM until 5 PM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at 11 AM at this location. Per Randy's wishes, he will be buried next to his mother at White Chapel Memorial Park in Amhurst, New York on July 22, 2022 at 1 PM. .
