Robert (Bobby) Wayne Lucas

Robert (Bobby) Wayne Lucas departed this earth peacefully August 25, 2023, at home with hospice care. He was born on January 13, 1958, to his parents Helen and William Lucas, Sr. in Baltimore, Maryland.

Bob graduated from Southern High School in 1976 and graduated with honors from the University of Baltimore with a B.S. in Business Administration in 1980. He was employed by NSA for 27 years.

Beloved husband to Christi Lynn (Nee Patterson), they were married 40 years. Devoted father of Megan Marie and her wife Alicia, Justin Robert, and Sarah Elizabeth and her husband Scott, loving Pop-pop to Mason and Connor, loving brother of William, Jr., Cindy, and the late Penny, dear brother-in-law of Tammy, Allen, Otts, and the late Patricia and Ron. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.

Bob loved raising his kids, coaching softball and soccer, going to the weekend games and tournaments. Bob was a home improvement expert and had refinished three homes. He loved to watch Law and Order, putting puzzles together, hosting cookouts, and making his grandmother Hodgson's famous crab soup.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the family owned and operated MCCULLY POLYNIAK & COLLINS FUNERAL HOME. P. A.  3204 Mountain Road PASADENA on Sunday, September 24, 2023, from 12 to 4 pm. A Memorial Service will be held at 4 pm.
