Robert William Phillips, Sr. passed away on December 11, 2025. Beloved husband of Lucille M. Phillips, loving father of Robert William Phillips, Jr., dear grandfather of Ivy and Noah Phillips and great-grandfather of Cameron Moreno and Carter Bowman.
Family and friends are invited to visit the family owned and operated Mccully Polyniak & Collins Funeral Home, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road Pasadena, Maryland 21122 on Monday December 22, 2025 from 10AM until 12 Noon. A funeral service will begin at 12 Noon. Interment with Military Honors will be held at Crownsville Veteran Cemetery at 1:45PM.
