Robert A Sturdevant

 Robert Alger Sturdevant – March 24, 1940 – July 21, 2024, of Pasadena 

Robert (Bob) Sturdevant, a beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend passed away on July 21, 2024. He was born on March 24, 1940, in Clifton, NJ. He loved, and was loved by, his family deeply. Bob is survived by his wife, Marianna, and three children, Mike Sturdevant (daughter in law Beth Sturdevant), Laura Blimmel (fiancé Michael Miglionco) and Cindy Dougaree (son in law Chuck Dougaree), as well as his grandchildren, Brandon and Skylar Sturdevant, Alyson Turner (grandson in law Richie Turner) and Michael Blimmel (granddaughter in law Renee Blimmel), and Ryan, Cole and Maddie Dougaree, and his great grandchildren Sophia, Max, and Leo Turner, and Enzo Blimmel. In addition to his love for family, Bob loved to travel with his wife, fish in the Chesapeake Bay, take scenic pictures, watch History Channel, play cards with family at the family shore house, fix and maintain lawn mowers and tractors and tinker with computers and electronics. Bob was generous and will be remembered for helping others solve problems. He will be missed by all who knew him, and his legacy will carry on. 

The viewing will be held at McCully Polyniak and Collins Funeral Home, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road Pasadena MD 21122 on July 25 from 3:00 – 5:00 PM and 7:00 – 9:00 PM. A Funeral Service will be take place on July 26 at 10 AM at St. Jane Frances Church 8499 Virginia Avenue Pasadena, Maryland.
