Russell Paul Wagner, Jr. "Rusty" passed away on December 22, 2017. Beloved husband of Lisa Wagner who he was with for 30 years. Loving father to Beth and Russell III. He was preceded in death by his parents Russell Sr., and Joyce. He loved to fish and cook, but mostly he loved spending time with his wife and kids.
A Memorial Service will be held at Elvaton Baptist Church (DATE AND TIME TO BE DETERMINED)
