Stacey L. Warner beloved wife of Mark D. Warner, devoted mother of Dean E. Warner, Demi R. Adams and her husband Nicholas, loving daughter of Guy O Thacker, Jr and Bonnie L. Campanile, dear stepdaughter of Patricia R. Thacker, dear brother of Guy Thacker, III and his wife Carey, loving grandmother of Keelie Reigh Adams. Also survived by many relatives and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit at the family owned and operated MCCULLYPOLYNIAK & COLLINS FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road PASADENA on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, 3:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Where a Memorial Service will be held on Thursday at 11:00 am.
