Terry Lee West, aged 78, of Glen Burnie, Maryland, passed away on May 10, 2024. He was born on March 24, 1946, in Hagerstown, MD. Terry, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and father-in-law, will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
Terry served in the Army from 1965 to 1970, where he exemplified dedication and bravery. Following his military service, he pursued a career as a Heavy Equipment Operator, showcasing his skills and work ethic.
In his free time, Terry enjoyed reading the Bible, spending time with his grandchildren, and appreciating nature. He was known for his humble and kind nature, his love for his family, and his strong faith in God.
Terry's family invites relatives and friends to pay their respects at the MCCULLY POLYNIAK & COLLINS FUNERAL HOME, P. A. located at 3204 Mountain Road, Pasadena, on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, from 6:00 to 7:30 pm. A funeral service will be held at 7:30 pm, followed by cremation services.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Brooke's House in Terry's honor. 17670 Technology Blvd. Hagerstown, Maryland 21740.
Terry Lee West is survived by his wife, Mary West, his daughters Shelly Donnally, Dana Simmers, Tina Kunin, Donna Dillon, Mary Beth Kyne, his sons-in-law Kevin Simmers, Alexander Kunin, Kevin Dillon, Ronald Kyne, his grandchildren David Hughes, Jr, Brittany Kyne, Logan Gladhill, Grant Simmers, Kevin Dillon, Jr, Oliver Kunin, Traedan Peeples, Isabella Kunin, Ronald Kyne, Jr, loving great granddaughter Anna Beth Hughes, as well as his sister, Patricia Higgins, and brothers Dennis Higgins and John Higgins and also his bonus family, Ronald Dillon, Jr, Melanie Dillon, Trey Dillon, Olivia Dillon, Cameron Dillon, Aaron Dillon and Ellie Dillon. He was preceded in death by his father, Russell Higgins, his mother, Delores Higgins, his brother Charles Higgins, his sister Caroline Higgins, his brother Jeff Higgins, his brother Wayne Higgins and granddaughter Brooke Simmers.
