Thelma G Powers

Thelma Gay Powers, 85, of Brooklyn Park, MD passed away on 3/11/24. She was born in Buchanan County, VA to John Burl Deel and Virgie Edwards. Thelma is proceeded in death by her parents, her beloved husband, Carless Powers, her son, Gary Powers and a brother and sister. She is survived by her children, Jeffrey Powers, Debra Nelson (Milton), Ricky Powers, her grandchildren, Christy Karras (Jason), Ricky Powers, Jr. (Crystal) and James Powers as well as 4 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and her 2 sisters.

Thelma enjoyed crocheting and cross stitch, she loved flowers, game shows and her dog.

Her spirit and smile will be missed. We love you.
