Hicks, On May 14, 2010 Theodore Bell, Sr, beloved husband of the late Doris Carter Hicks, devoted father of Theodore Bell Hicks, Jr , dear step-father of Patricia A. SeBour; loving grandfather of Theodore Thompson and Stephen B. SeBour. He was a SPEBSOSA member for 54 years.
Military services will be held in the Crownsville Veterans Cemetery on Wednesday at 10:45 AM. Arrangements by the family owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. (PASADENA) Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society 1041 Rt 3 North Building A. Gambrills, Maryland 21054.
