Virginia L. Bender

Virginia Lee Bender (Bowen-Curtis) passed away peacefully, with her daughters by her side on July 17th, 2025, at the age of 83 following a brief illness.

Virginia (Ginny) enjoyed gambling at the casinos, playing slot machines, hanging out at her favorite pub while sipping on Baileys & coffee, enjoying a Kamikaze shot (as they called it at casa kami's - guess you needed to be there, lol) and being with her friends.

Ginny was preceded in death by her loving husband Michael Bender, mother Jean Bowen, sister Patricia Marsh and Son-in-law Joseph A. Seidler, Jr.

Surviving are her two daughters, Deborah Smith and Denise Seidler; two grandsons, Ryan Dinko-Seidler and wife Corinne, Joseph A. Seidler, Jr and Mackenzie Williams; great granddaughter Charlotte Jane Seidler; and sister Barbara Jean McGarrie.

Interment will be private.
