Riggins, Virginia Pauline, on March 30, 2014, Virginia Pauline Riggins (nee Ruark), residing in Ocean City, but formerly of Brooklyn. Beloved wife of the late William A. "OTTIE" Riggins, Sr., Loving mother of William A. "BILLY" Riggins, Jr., and the late Helen Richardson. Dearest sister of Ida Smith. Loving Grandmother of Brian Richardson, Michelle Joyner, Laura Bartlett and Great Grandmother of Jake W. Joyner.
The family will receive friends at the family-owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 237 E. Patapsco Avenue, (Brooklyn) on Thursday from 10 to 11:30 AM at which time a Procession will begin for a Mass of Christian Burial In St. Rose of Lima Church at 12 Noon.
