William "Bill" James Howard beloved husband of Wilma J. Howard, devoted father of Ronald Howard and his wife Jeni, Robert Howard and his wife Christi, and Caitlin Baker and her husband Andrew, loving grandfather of Flynn Howard, Ruby Howard, Abbey Howard, Grady Howard and Anna Baker. Also survived by many relatives and friends.
A Funeral Mass will be held in the St. Jane Frances Church 8499 Virginia Avenue, PASADENA on Friday, August 7, 2026, at 12:30 pm. Interment Crownsville Veterans Cemetery.
