Zachary Blake

On May 15, 2022 Zachary  Blake unexpectedly passed away at the age of 25. Zachary was the devoted father to a beautiful 3 year old son  Zachary Jr. Beloved son of Jon Blake and the late Jeri Bowen,dear stepson of Suzanne Thomas, dear brother of David and Cassidy Bowen, Autumn Blake the late Destiny Blake, dear half-brother of Donald and Brandon, beloved boyfriend to Lexi Nicol, brother-in-law of Samantha Bowen,and dear uncle to Kinsley, David, Jr, and Nathan Bowen and Emollia Jones. He was loved by so many and will be greatly missed.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the family owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road PASADENA on Saturday, August 13, 2022, from 3:30 to 5:00 at which time a memorial service will be held.
