Carroll Erbe, Jr.

Carroll Henry Erbe Jr., commonly going by the name of ‘Bud’, was a man too good for this world. Born September 8, 1952, on January 25, 2021 the angels lifted him up to Heaven. Carroll was an amazing husband, father, brother, and an even better grandfather. Wherever he went people smiled and adored him. He lit up the room when he’d come in with his camera ready to take pictures. On October 12, 1975 he married the love of his life Charlene M. O’dell-Erbe and went on two have two daughters: Shannon R. Erbe-Friend and Jennifer M. Erbe-Youngbar. Later down the road, he became the best Pop in the world to Carley M. Erbe-Majka, Logan T. Youngbar, Morgan T. Youngbar, Noah R. Youngbar, and Connor J. Friend; then a great-grandpop to Audrey Del Santoni. Brother to Carole E. Remy, Doris A. Carbaugh, Diane L Brinkley, Sandy P. Geiglein, and Sharon M. Owens. Bud was a hard worker who would do anything for the people he loved. Anytime someone had a problem they would call our Pop and he’d drop whatever he was doing to come straight there. Bud was an astonishing cook, making the best spaghetti you ever tasted along with whatever else he’d come up with or find on the internet. You’d always find him in a Ravens hat anytime of the year. Bud met many friends throughout the years, meeting many of them by working at Bingo for 30 years. Everyone who knew Bud loved him and will forever miss him. Forever in our hearts, the world will miss someone like our Bud.

Relatives and friends are invited to call at the family owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road PASADENA on Friday 12:00 to 1:30 PM at which time funeral services will be held. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
