Charles Davis

On April 14, 2020, Charles “Lenny” Leonard Davis, of Pasadena, MD, loving husband of the late Patricia “Pam” Davis, passed away after a brief illness.  He was the beloved father of Melanie Davis Langkam and her husband Kurt; and Heather Davis Bruning and her husband, John.  He was the loved “Pops” of Mackenna Langkam and Johanna and Kate Bruning.  He was the cherished brother of Jesse and Bob Davis, and Jennie Murray, and cousin Charles Humes.   He also leaves behind many other close cousins, nephews, nieces and dear friends.

Pops will be forever remembered for his ornery grin and catch phrases.  Lenny loved the Rolling Stones, John Wayne and watching any old western movie.  He enjoyed reading Tom Clancy books, doing crossword puzzles and Coors Light.  After his retirement from UPS, he enjoyed working on the sets of movies with many of his fellow UPS retirees.   Lenny truly enjoyed gathering with friends at several local “watering holes” and maintained many lifelong friends from his time at UPS.  He was very proud of his service in the Air Force.

A celebration of Lenny’s (Pop’s) life will be held at a later time.
