A graduate of Brooklyn Park High School, he always loved cars from the time he was little and rode with his dad in the big rigs to when he got his own car and license. He loved racing on the street or at the drag strip. A lifetime mechanic and a car enthusiast, Bill was well known at Capital Raceway where he raced his ‘65 GTO the “Irishman”. Racing at the drag strip was a family weekend event as his sons grew and loved the sport also.

Bill was an avid boater and was Commodore of the White Rocks Yacht Club in 2004. He enjoyed cruising the bay, fishing and crabbing and having everyone over for fresh steamed crabs. He was well loved by all.
