Christopher Walker

Christopher Michael Walker was born on April 22nd, 1989, in Corpus Christi, Texas. He spent his formative years growing up in Pasadena, Maryland, attending Mount Saint Joseph High School. Chris earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and an M.S. in Systems Engineering, from Virginia Tech. He had a great passion for traveling and called many places home: Washington D.C., Charlotte, New York City, and most recently, Miami. Christopher’s travels saw him exploring all corners of the globe. His favorite adventures were in Spain, Thailand, Germany, Hong Kong, Columbia, the Caribbean, and the Western United States. Christopher had many eclectic interests. His love for music was a catalyst for countless enduring friendships that he cultivated over the years.

Despite his travels and the numerous friends that Chris made around the world, his favorite place was always at home with his family - spending Sunday afternoons watching the Ravens play, tending to his plants, and preparing a selection of gourmet hotdogs for guests. Chris worked at Intecrowd LLC as a Division Director, where he was the youngest member of the senior leadership team.

Chris unexpectedly passed away on May 1st, 2021 of natural causes. He will be dearly missed by his parents Gary and Kathy, his brother Jared and sister-in-law Katherine, sister Rachel and brother-in-law Will, sister Beth, niece Gabby, Uncle Steve and Aunt Angie Wenzel, cousins Brittany, Steven Jr., and Bradley, and grandparents John and Rose Wenzel.

Relatives and friends are invited to call at the family owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road PASADENA on Thursday, May 13, 2021 3:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM. There will be a viewing for Christopher at St. Joseph's Monastery Parish 3801 Old Frederick Road at Monastery Avenue Baltimore, Maryland 21229 on Friday 10:00 to 11:00 AM followed by a funeral service at 11AM. Cremation services to follow.
